Will my ticket be dismissed?
We can't promise that. Each agency decides every case on its own. Our goal is to help you present your facts and evidence clearly, on time.
Which tickets can I contest?
US parking tickets, moving violations, red-light, speed and bus-lane camera tickets, and toll violations.
Which states do you cover?
All 50 states and DC. Questions adapt to your ticket and vehicle. Always follow the instructions printed on your ticket to submit your letter.
How do I send the letter?
Download the signed PDF or copy the text, then submit it the way your ticket says: online form, mail or in person, before the deadline.
What happens to my photos and data?
They're private to your account and used only to prepare your letter. We never sell personal information. You can delete your account and all its data from the app. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund of an unused pack from "Letter credits" in the app.
